CRAIG RODDAN LIVERPOOL FC ACADEMY PLAYER
Craig Roddan (born 22 April 1993) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Liverpool Academy and Liverpool Reserves.
Roddan joined the Academy in the summer of 2009 from Wigan Athletic. He is highly regarded as having a good range of passing and is a competitive tackler. His first season at the club was a success, but he did spend a significant amount of time on the sidelines with injury. Arguably the highlight of his season was scoring the winning goal- a penalty- in the 4-3 victory over rivals Everton. He has formed a good partnership with Academy graduate Conor Coady and was heavily involved in the Academy's impressive 2010-11 season, making 29 appearances and scoring 1 goal.
