RYAN McLAUGHLIN LIVERPOOL FC ACADEMY PLAYER

Ryan McLaughlin (born 30 September 1994) is a Northern Irish footballer who plays for the Liverpool Academy and reserves as a right back.

Liverpool signed Ryan McLaughlin in the summer of 2011 on a three-year deal, with the youngster attracting a great deal of praise from Academy Director Frank McParland. He has already featured for the under-18s on numerous occassions this season, and has also made his reserves debut.

McLaughlin is highly regarded for his aggressive tackling and is effective going forward. He has previously stated that he models his game on Barcelona right back Dani Alves.
