Jordan Lussey (born 2 November 1994) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Liverpool Academy. He is the current captain of the under 18s.
Lussey is a product of the Liverpool youth academy who plays as a central midfielder for the Liverpool under-18s. He impressed greatly in his first season with the side, netting nine goals from 27 appearances to put him second in the team's scoring charts, behind Adam Morgan. He made more appearances than any other player for the under 18s in 2011-12, and was given the captaincy in the latter stages of the season by coach Mike Marsh. Lussey is highly regarded at Kirkby for his range of passing and his "all-action displays," and has developed a reputation for scoring eye-catching long-range goals. Lussey states that he aspires to be like current first-team captain Steven Gerrard.
