 DIRECTIONS

 Follow m5 to end and then take A380 to Torquay. Take the A381 Teignmouth junction. Turn 

right on roundabout taking the third exit (signposted A381 to Newton Abbot). Take the first 

exit at the next roundabout following the A383. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit (past 

Halfords, matalan on the left hand side). Go across the roundabout by Tesco. At the next large 

roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Jetty marsh Road (signposted A383 – Ashburton).At next 

roundabout take the 1st exit (again following the A383 – Ashburton). At the next again take the 

1st exit onto the A382 (signposted Ashburton – A383). At next roundabout take the 2nd exit 

(A383 – Ashburton). Follow this road past Hele Park Golf Club (right hand side). Turn right into 

entrance for seale Hayne (Hannah’s at seale Hayne), approximately, 50 yards after entrance 

turning on left to Torquay United FC pitches. Follow m5 to end and then take A380 to Torquay. 

At the Pen Inn roundabout take the first exit onto Riviera Way. Turn left onto A379 / Hele Road. 

At roundabout take second exit. Turn left then right onto Westhill Road. Road name changes 

to Warbro Road. Arrive at Plainmoor on your left.
