    Going into the 4th football weekend of 2010, Mil Palmeras made up of mainly British children remain the only Football Club not to be beaten this year, which ensures you wont find a 'Mixed Bag' of results here. New tracksuit sponsors Happy Teeth LA Zenia.

    MIL PALMERAS U8's 5 - 4 HORADADA

    The best performance of the season for the u8's in a local derby, follows on from a great recent run of form. Mil Palmeras got off to the perfect start, going into a 3-0 lead, soaking up the pressure only to hit an inform Horadada side on the break. Half time see Horadada who have lost just 1 all season, get back in the game to make it 3-2. But Mil Palmeras pulled away to a 5-2 lead with goals from Harry Williams and first of the season for Luca Webb. A great crowd see Brandon save early on, and George superb at the back. Joe, Oliver and Zach provided great energy, although Horadada made it 5-4, our home crowd of 60 people seemed on edge, but the youngsters showed a calmness to carry them through 5-4 winners. Player of the match TBA. Tim Breeze coach said afterwards 'a great performance and am confident we can go on a winning run'.

    ALMORADI 1 - 7 MIL PALMERAS U'10's

    A hard fought game see the Under 10's remain unbeaten in 2009 and 2010 and stay top of the league. Almoradi's pitch resembled a beach, and Mil Palmeras went 1 down, and it was evident the home team used the pitch to there advantage. Mil Palmeras put away there buckets and spades, and Captain Marvel Kai Pickford led the way with a superb strike from the half way line tio make it 1-1. More goals followed from Sheldon Green with a fine hatrick including his first headed goal of the season, and Shadi made up for an early miss to score another. Esteban provided great wing play to net a double, whilst Jamie was like a tiger in the midfield. Lewis Long played well upfront, following on from his 4 goals last week. Mil Palmeras remain top of the Spanish football league. Player of the Match Jamie Macdonald.

    MIL PALMERAS U13'S 5 - 5 DAYA NUEVA

    Another great performance from an improving Infantiles side see them go behind early on. With a change in formation see Mil Palmeras go 2 behind by Half time. Further efforts to change it round see us go 5-1 down with 20 minutes to go, then....the bulldog spirit kicked in. James Cronshaws curling shot beat the 6ft 2in 13 yr old, and the fight was on. Aiden Sullivan added to his impressive season tally with 2 more goals and Charlie Thacker added another with the score now 5-4 to Daya Nueva. 5 minutes to go and up steps Goalkeeper Jake Brogan goaded on by some enthusiastic support see him score a goal from his own area. The roar was load and the fans went estatic, with Daya Nueva holding on for a draw, Simon, Ciaran, and Jordan Marshall all contributed to what was a fascinating game of football played at the highest standard.
