Our Pre-Benjamins side, playing tough opposition started brightly, and went into an early lead through great play from Ben Naylor and finished by Harry Williams, with a shot to the near post. A close game followed with chances from both sides, but La Aparacida came back into this game making it 1-1 at half time. Good defensive work from Zach Hipperson and George Johnson throughout, but La Aparacida strength shone through late on. 3 strikes by the home team into the second half, sealed the win. But the scoreline flattered them and with a bit more quality and fitness, an away win wouldn't of been too far away. Will Cole debutant and Luca Webb along with Joe Justice played above themselves today. Good day not spoiled by the result well sone all. 'The Invicibles' Following on from last weeks top of the table win, Mil Palmeras Benjamins extend there 'Invincibles' unbeaten run to 16, winning 15 on the bounce. Playing 3rd place away was going to be tough, but early work from Jamie Macdonald set up Sheldon Green for his first. More goals followed with 25 yard shot by Shadi Ramadan,Esteban worked hard to score his first and Jamie added to the score making it 4-1 at the interval. A little rally from the opponents was quickly snuffed out with 2 more goals from us. Esteban got 4 today, with Sheldon green getting his hatrick, taking him over 40 goals for the season. Kai Pickford latched onto a cross to smash home a late strike making it 10-5. Sam Halliday improving week on week, Charlie Haynes now getting back to full fitness, ensured a good day allround. 'A great win'

See an improving infantiles side move up 3 places in the table with a comfortable start to the game. Going a goal up ensured Mil Palmeras good start was evident on the score sheet. Pegged back to 1-1 followed a quick flurry seeing us go 4-1 up with goals from Charlie Thacker. Jay Pickford Debutising as Captain added to the score sheet along with 2 tidy goals from Bobby Mclean and Jamie Cockcroft, see us go into a 7-4 lead into the second half. The opposing forward caused us problems and was always a threat, but some solid goalkeeping from Jake Brogan, midfield engine Adam Walker see us through. Patrick Sullivan nearly got on the score sheet, but with Charlies 4 goals, the win was always on the cards. Nervous ending but an improving team and large squad secured the win. Jordan Marshall, Ciaran Sullivan & Simon Kristensen beefed up the squad when needed. George Marshall, Manager added 'We went for the win today, and our passing football finally paid off'.
