This Holiday weekend see a break in the League calendar, but these players did not miss out on their weekly football matches. A fantastic Tournament was organised, and what a complete success it was. 

Many players went away on holiday, but the remaining few enjoyed a full, fun packed day in Mil Palmeras, Campoamor - Orihuela, which ended with Medals and trophies being presented to the winners, and winning teams.  

The event organised by Tony's Soccer School, allowed children to express the skills gained at regular training sessions. The parents and supporters enjoyed an array of skills and goals, from Jack Hannigan, Bradley Martin along with a number of other players. Winning manager of the younger tournament Gary Johnson added 'What a fantastic day, the children thoroughly enjoyed, also a great rivalry amongst the managers made it all the more interesting'. Winning team players, Ben Naylor, Diego Sheffield, Kallum Carr, Alfie Johnson & William Clayton, celebrated with winning medals and trophies. Player of the tournament was Joe Justice. The older group’s tournament was played on a full size pitch, with winners being, Brandon Nicol, Rico Finnas, Julian Colling, Karim Ferouli, Max Rolen, Jake Brogan, and player of the tournament Charlie Hawes. 

The parents enjoyed picnics and a real family community atmosphere of which all the players enjoyed too. One parent Jenny added 'I took loads of pictures and thank you for a great day, just can’t wait for the next one. This gets the kids out, and away from their PlayStation's what a complete success'. New players to the tournament, Tayla along with Callum, Alfie, Charlie, Bradley & Brandon can all be very proud well done, Mathi, Thibo, James Wilson Pestell, Kai Pickford, Zack Begg, James Brown, Charlie Haines, Lewis Long, Nathan Done, Lucy Daly, Sam Halliday, Ciaran Barrett, Jamie Mcdonald, Jake Scott, had a great day, but too many to mention. But you can see from the picture they all seemed to enjoy the fun.
