Massimo Franchi is the founder and chairman of MFsports Ltd. He has over 26 years’ experience in LAW.  He also is the Managing partner within his Law practise and has a wealth of experience in Criminal and Civil law.  He registered as a Football Agent in 2005.  He has been instructed regularly to represent clients in the UK courts.  He also acts as Chairman of the Judicial Panel Tribunal and Appeal Tribunal for the Football Association.

He has also represented clients at the Financial Services Authority Tribunal in London and at the Boxing Board of Control in London. Massimo has extensive experience in dealing with cases which have carried a strong media interest and accordingly has the relevant experience of handling the particular pressures that go with the sale or transfer of a player, skilfully protecting the client’s interest.

His extensive experience is put to good use in negotiations of contracts and represents companies in the top 100 companies in the UK. He expects the Company to maintain high standards professionalism at all times: Trust, Confidentiality and always doing the best for our clients within the confines of the rules of the game.

Massimo’s role within MFsports is handling all contracts and negotiations with players, agents and clubs. He is fluent in Italian.
