Tell us about your football history (Min 50 words) : I captained the West Waterford East Cork u18 leagues team and the same year i made the Munster u18 team and played against UCC Leinster and Connaught. In 2008 i played with my league out foriegn in Austria while playing in 40+ degrees out there and the same year i got onto the Emerging Talent Programme. I got player of the year in my club last year also and im currently 2 goals off the golden boot in my league with 12 from centre midfield.I am currently the Captain of the Railway Athletic team also.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I think my playing ability is very good, ive been told this by many people and being told this by an ex semi professional player also. Im the type of player who will go into any sort of a challenge if i know the ball is there to be won and i can pick out many passes from short distance to long distance which i think is very valuable for splitting the defence of the opposite team. I can use both legs for dribbling, passing and shooting eswell and i also think that i have very good communication skills on a pitch eswell. Im always talking to my team mates and will always keep encouraging them even if they make a fault.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I think i shoould be given a trial because i know if im giving a chance that i will do my very best to impress because i know it might be my only shot and these oppurtunitys dont come along too often where im from and also i know that it will be a mistake if im not giving the oppurtunity to impress
