Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started playing football at about 5 years old and I played for a club called Junior Hammers. I played for them for about 5 years and I won trophies for being player of the year and winning the most man of the matches. I got chosen to play for a football club in Mile end and they had links with West Ham Academy but it closed down because of funding. I started secondary school (St Bonaventure’s) and I went to the trials and they chose me to play for the A team. I went to trials for my district team (Newham District) and they chose me out of 100 people to represent the borough including another 20 people.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I can play in left midfield but I play my best in Central Midfield. I won loads of awards for playing the best in my football team (Mile end and Junior Hammers) and for showing good sportsmanship. I play in Central Midfield because I have got some strength, I am good on the ball and I have good vision to set up goals. I have been that I am energetic and I make great contributions to the team by my school team coach. I am a very good skiller and people tell me I am the best skiller in my team because I am always skilling up other people and getting past them. I am a bit small but I am fast and agile and can get past a defender very easily. I like to go on the attack and score or assist goals.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I would like to get a trial because I enjoy football very much and if I see a ball I always want to play about with it. I hope to one day in the future become a footballer but I struggle to find trials for any academies. If I get the opportunity for a trial I know I will try my best and train very hard for it. I am also not very good at school work and I find it very boring but I never get bored of playing football and I think I am very good at it. I know giving me a trial will not be a waste of time and I will do very well.
