Write about your football history : I started playing football aged 6 and was scouted by Manchester United in my first match, I trained with United for a couple of years but I was released aged 8. After this I joined Middleton Lads and enjoyed 3 years filled with many successes and trophies won. During this spell I was scouted by Everton FC and Manchester city but I eventually joined Blackburn FC but after a year I decided to leave as I was not enjoying my football so I Joined Boundary Park to regain some confidence so I can fulfil my potential and go on to show my talent to a professional club and settle down at professional football academy at the level I deserve.
Write about your Playing Ability : My favoured position is Central midfield but can adapt to play in attacking midfield, striker or on the left or right of midfield. My main attributes to my game are strength, long and short passing, pace, skill, shooting and ball control. I play with and against top level academy players for my school and I know with my regained confidence and talent I am capable of playing at their level or even higher when comparing my talent and performances to theirs.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I should be given a trial because I am a hardworking, versatile, talented football player that with the help of a football academy can unlock my full, high potential. Also I can offer a lot to an academy as I can create goals, score goals, break down opposition attacks and run a midfield and I know I can do this at the highest level if given a chance.
