CHARLTON TRIAL DATES PUBLISHED.

Charlton Football Community Trust Trial dates for the 2013 They have now been announced, and will be held at CAFC Training Ground, Sparrows Lane, New Eltham SE9 2JR. Do not pay any money for these trials they are FREE. These are for players aged 16 to 18 years of age ONLY.

It is advisable not to publish these dates to friends as this reduces your chances of being selected.

Prepare for Trials

     Please make sure you are fully fit and we advise you start preparation for the trials now. Please improve your core strength this can be done at a gym. Improve speed flexibility on all joints especially ankles, knees, pelvic and back. Start your long runs and jogging now, and dynamic sprinting, 50 yards sprint then jog, Sprint. Also diagnal runs too, good luck with the trials and the dates and location issued below.
