DONALD LOVE MANCHESTER UNITED FC ACADEMY PLAYER
A tenacious right-back who had plenty of taste of Academy action in 2011/2012.
Although born in Rochdale, he has been capped at Scotland at Under-17 level and was also included in an Under-19 training camp at Largs in August, 2011.
In his nine appearances, five as a starter, he showed plenty of flair for getting forward and had the composure to pick out a man when getting into dangerous positions. This was beautifully illustrated in the FA Youth Cup win against Torquay United at Moss Lane, when he set up a goal for Gyliano van Velzen.
With plenty of players vying
for his position in 2012/2013, it will be interesting to see who Paul McGuinness opts for as his regular in the role.
