A very good win for Mil Palmeras FC, A team, against 2nd placed Benejuzar A. The visitors opened the scoring and led 2-0 before striker David Milton Stamm scored a close range rebound. Benejuzar added a 3rd to go 3-1 up, then Ben Naylor scored from a long range free kick and William 'colossus' Clayton scored a sweet right foot strike from outside the box, before adding another along with David Milton Stamm, making it 5-3 and a nail biting finish.
Alfred 'Dynamo' Emmett added the 6th, and Benejuzar scored late on making it 6-5 to Mil Palmeras Football Club. Fully deserved this win to keep up the league title push, despite losing key players through illness. 'Gary Johnson' Well Done and congratulated his players.

Mil Palmeras FC, out-played a Benejuzar football team to grab the headlines on another fine weekend for Tony's Soccer Academy. Many chances fell to Mil Palmeras, and it was only a matter of time before the home side took the lead.
Luca Sloanes who has now scored 7 games in last 5 games, scored 2 well taken individual goals at Pilar de La Horadada to make it 2-2 at the break. Jed Campbell held his own in goal and with Adam Pritchard alongside Tiandra Anderson at the back, it was a formidable force to break down.
Alfred Emmett and David Milton Stamm certainly played there best game for this B side, and battled and ran there hearts out, and it was these 2 fine players who finished of the game in style. Player of The Match, Ryan Hughes played a full match and showed an improvement in his soccer skills, whilst at training.

Our Mil Palmeras development team, for 20 Minutes more than held there own, defending well and creating goal scoring chances for TJ Brook and new addition to the team Bentley Brook. However Rojales were gifted 2 goals just before half time. Into the Second half, with Strong defensive work from George Johnson and some good saves from Lucy Daly, Mil Palmeras started to believe and attacked with Vigor, Morgan Earl and Player of the Match Connor Hirst both worked tirelessly to create chances and to stop counter attacks.
Their endeavours paid off with the home side under sever pressure, giving away a Penalty, dispatched with pace and precision by Paige Pickford. 'Game on' the team pushed forward only to concede through a counter attacking move. A Finely Struck Shot from Captain Emily Kelly, followed her fantastic left foot stunner from last week doubled our tally. A Fine performance by Mil Palmeras by the final whistle, but a defeat that flattered the home team.
Jacarilla 2 v 6 Mil Palmeras Football Club 2005's
Team Sponsor: FORD MARTINEZ SAN MIGUEL
Good win for promotion seeking Mil Palmeras Pre Benjamin 2005's.
After a slow start Jacarilla took the lead early on only for Defender Henry Long to equalise right on the stroke of half time, making it 1-1 at the break.
Second half saw Mil Palmeras improve vastly with young bright Striker Kevin Ruiz grabbing 2 goals followed by a good finish from Harry Byrne. Then came the delight of Niomi Sheffield's 2nd goal in as many games and future premier league star Jorge Campbell scoring his first ever goal for the Mil Palmeras. Well Done, Wayne Rooney would of been proud and a good win in a tricky fixture. Taylor Hirst took home the player of the match Award, to the delight of Soccer Mom.

Mil Palmeras Benjamins managed by Martin Naylor drew 3-3 against Pilar A in this match. The home team started a little slower than last week allowing Pilar A to lead 3-0 at the interval. The second half was better with Mil Palmeras controlling the game more with increased strength and Passion. Oliver Chapman watched by Mum Grace Chapman, was Player Of The Match and pulled off some good saves keeping us in the game.
Luca Webb scored again, and Ben Naylor scored, showing his Benjamin credentials. Oliver Godden slotted the ball home in the back of the net to make it 3-3. Much better, and with more luck will grab a win next week.
Benferri 11 v 1 Mil Palmeras Infantils.
Team Sponsor CAMFIX UK (Parent of Sam Halliday)
Unlucky to Mil Palmeras Infantiles up against top of the league it was never going to be easy, and Benferri took a 9-0 lead at half time. But after a reshuffle at half time the second half was excellent, with some great discipline and talking from defence through Jamie Macdonald. A well deserved goal from Jake Player of the match Scott. James 'Jimbob' Brown worked hard on the right and also after switching with Harvey Worthington who ran for England. Well Done All.
Mil Palmeras A u12's 2 v 7 Jacrilla A.
Sponsor: CASH IN THE ATTIC, Player Flamenca, Orihuela Costa.
A good game was on the cards, but Jacarilla passed the ball well and Mil Palmeras found themselves 3-0 down early on. It was going to be a struggle, but Lewis Long started well in defence and finished in a more attacking role. Lucy Daly in goal for the second half was assured, and Luke Naylor grabbed a well taken goal after a goal mouth scramble.
Kai Pickford could of scored earlier, but then finished of a fine move combining with Harvey Worthington. 7-2 was a bit flattering but we needed to work harder, Geroge Johnson grabbed Player of The match in front of watching mum Denise Johnson, and Sam Halliday went about his job quietly playing his preferred defencive position.
